The initial session includes discussion and evaluation of your health goals and options for care.
This may involve a comprehensive review of your dietary plan and supplementation, with individualized recommendations.
When indicated, is possible to order functional medicine lab work to determine your nutritional status, hormonal balance, or digestive health as a basis for guiding dietary and supplementation plans.
I seek to provide you with the most effective plan at the lowest cost possible.

Trauma-Informed Therapy
The awareness of the impact of emotional and physical trauma is applied in every treatment I offer and is woven in to the practice of individualized acupuncture.
In addition, I offer sessions focused on using specific healing modalities to help restore heart coherence and reduce the harmful effects of trauma on your health and everyday functioning. My work is informed by the deep rooted wisdom of Chinese medicine, which understands the integrity of body, mind, emotion and spirit, as well as more modern approaches including Biofeedback, Hakomi, Heartmath, and Compassionate Inquiry.

Payment Methods
Session fees are payable by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. If you wish to use a credit card, including HSA/FSA cards, an additional credit card processing fee of 3% will apply.
Because each provider works differently, I welcome you to contact me for a complimentary phone conversation to determine if I am a good fit for your needs.
Insurance It is my policy to receive full payment at the time of the session. I do not participate in- or out-of-network with health insurance.
A note about Medicare Licensed Acupuncturists are not recognized as Medicare providers and I do not work with Medicare.
Cancellation Policy There is a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for your appointment. This is because your time is reserved for you. I provide appointment reminders as a courtesy, via email and text. If you do not show up on time for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, it is considered a missed appointment and the full fee will be charged. This includes late arrival beyond a 10 minute window. Please plan accordingly, considering known or potential traffic delays or other scheduling conflicts.
